Violation of Covenants

The Board has the responsibility to assure that the Covenants are uniformly and diligently enforced and will continue to do so.  Costs of enforcement (including attorney fees) will be assessed to the member violating said covenants.

Annual Dues

The 2007/2008 Annual Dues of $500 per lot are now due. Please make your check payable to Spread Eagle Home Owners Association, c/o Diana Hicks, 1337 Chalice Drive, Westcliffe, CO 81252.  Dues are delinquent on October 1, 2007.
