Our Annual Meeting
was held on September 3, 2011.
Annual dues are set by a vote of the membership.
Annual dues
are $500 per lot and due now. In addition a Special Assessment was
voted for water system improvements. This Assessment is $335 per
year (per lot) for three years. The first installment of $335 can
also be paid now, but must be submitted by March 1, 2012. Dues and special assessments are payable
to Spread Eagle Home Owners Association, c/o Diana
Hicks, 1337 Chalice Drive,
Westcliffe, CO 81252. Please make payment promptly.
Unpaid dues will be assessed penalties and lien will be filed against the
lot.

The Board of Directors consists of five
persons who are owners of one or more lots in the Association.
Election is by membership at the annual meeting. Terms are for three
years. The Board members and Officers for the 2011/2012 term are:

Architectural Control Committee has the responsibility to review and
approval all building plans and site changes. There are five members of this committee, appointed by the Board of Directors.
