Our Annual Meeting was held on Sept 1, 2007.

Annual dues are set by a vote of the membership.  Dues become due and payable at the annual meeting.  Annual dues are currently $500 per lot.  Special assessments can also be approved by the Board of Directors or by vote of the membership.  No special assessments have been made for the 2007/2008 year.  Dues and special assessments are payable to Spread Eagle Home Owners Association, c/o Diana Hicks, 1337 Chalice Drive, Westcliffe, CO 81252.  Please make payment promptly.  Unpaid dues will be assessed penalties and lien will be filed against the lot.

The Board of Directors consists of five persons who are owners of one or more lots in the Association.  Election is by membership at the annual meeting.  Terms are for three years.  The Board members for the 2007/2008 term are:

The Architectural Control Committee has the responsibility to review and approval all building plans and site changes.  There are five members of this committee, appointed by the Board of Directors.
