Spread Eagle Home Owners Association 

As one of the premier housing developments in south-central Colorado, Spread Eagle has much to offer.  On the highly-prized "west side" of the Wet Mountain Valley our community is nestled among beautiful pine, spruce, fir, and aspen woods.  Some 1000 to 1500 feet above the valley floor and at the base of Spread Eagle Peak and Gibbs Peak, we enjoy unparalleled  views of the valley and the Wet Mountains to the east.  Spread Eagle also has private access to the famous Rainbow Trail and the majestic Sangre de Cristo mountains to our immediate west.

Our gated community is minutes from fishing, hiking, skiing, white water rafting, excellent restaurants and other shops, scenic drives, horseback riding - and yet we enjoy all of the benefits of rural living.  Underground electric, telephone, and a spring-fed water system add to the beauty and practicality of each of our 57 lots.  To protect our members' investment the Association has strong protective covenants and by-laws.
